Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $90 (before taxes and after discounts, if applicable). This offer applies to qualifying orders within eligible shipping regions and may be subject to change.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary depending on your location and shipping option chosen.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

NUTRIVITA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly
  • Filing a claim with the carrier

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nutrivita.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to select countries. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
